If you’ve ever sent gift boxes to a long list of recipients through us, you’ll know we already have a bulk order form that handles that well. You download a spreadsheet template, fill in your addresses and gift preferences, upload it, and we take care of the rest. For businesses sending 20, 50, or 100 gifts in one go, it’s straightforward and it works.
But we kept hearing from clients who needed something different. They weren’t always doing one big send. They were sending gifts throughout the year: a welcome pack for a new hire in March, a thank you gift for a client in June, a round of end of year gifts in December. For that kind of ongoing gifting, the bulk form wasn’t the right fit, and placing individual orders through the regular website meant their team had no dedicated space to work from.
So we built something for that.
Your own branded order page
We now set up corporate clients with their own order page on our site. It carries your logo alongside ours, and we curate a selection of gift boxes tailored to your brand, your budget, and the occasions that matter to your business. Your team opens the link, picks a gift, enters the recipient’s details, adds a greeting card message, and submits. We handle the packing and dispatch.
There are no minimum orders and no annual commitment. Send one gift this week and thirty in November. The page stays live year round.
What it solves
The part that used to take the most time in ad hoc corporate orders was coordination. Someone would email us wanting to send a gift, we’d go back and forth on product selection and address details, and eventually everything would land in the right place. It worked, but it added steps for everyone involved.
The order page removes most of that. Addresses are validated as they’re entered, so the most common issues get caught before they reach us. Your team can be copied on order confirmations automatically, so there’s no forwarding tracking emails around internally.
Two tools for different needs
If you’re doing a large send to many recipients at once, the bulk order form is still the fastest way. Upload your spreadsheet and we’ll process it as a batch.
If your gifting is more spread out across the year and you want your team to have a consistent, branded place to order from whenever the occasion comes up, the order portal is designed for that.
Down the track, we’d like to bring everything together into one integrated experience. For now, the two tools cover different use cases and we’re happy with how they complement each other.

We handle the setup. You tell us what kind of gifts suit your business and your budget, and we put together a curated selection for your page. If you already have branded sleeves with us, your curated gifts show up with your logo and colours. The page is typically live within five to seven business days.
