Absolutely! Use the “Type of box (optional)” column to specify which gift box each recipient should receive.

What happens if I don’t include a company name?

Company names MUST be included if the delivery address for the parcel is a business or it will be returned to us by NZ Post.

Can I include delivery instructions for individual addresses?

Yes! Use the “Delivery instructions (optional)” column for specific delivery notes like “Leave with neighbour” or “Apartment buzzer code 123.”

How do greeting card messages work with bulk orders?

Each recipient can have their own personalised greeting card message. Use the “Greeting card message (optional)” column to customise messages, or leave blank if you don’t need to include a message.

Who receives tracking notifications?

By default, the person placing the bulk order receives all tracking updates. If you want individual recipients to get their own tracking emails, include their email in the “Email to receive tracking (optional)” column.

What if I need to add recipient phone numbers?

Phone numbers might help couriers with delivery but aren’t required. Include them in the “Recipient phone (optional)” column when available.

Can I mix gift boxes with and without alcohol?

Certainly! Just specify your preferences in the “Type of box” column or delivery instructions. Remember that alcohol deliveries require someone over 18 to sign for the package.

How far in advance should I place bulk orders?

For orders under 25 boxes, 4-5 business days notice is usually sufficient but we often can turn them around faster depending on stok levels. Larger orders (50+) benefit from 1-2 weeks notice to ensure all your preferred gift boxes are available.

Do you offer custom branding for bulk orders?

Yes! For orders of 15+ boxes, we can add custom branded sleeves with your logo and colours. Contact us for branding options and pricing.

What happens if an address on my list is incorrect?

We’ll contact you immediately if any addresses appear incomplete or incorrect. Our team reviews all bulk orders before dispatch to prevent delivery issues.
