Providing your personal information is voluntary. However, if you do not provide the information necessary to complete an order (such as your contact details, payment information, and delivery address), we will be unable to provide you with our products and services.

To exercise these rights, please contact our Privacy Officer. We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably practicable, and no later than 20 working days after we receive it.

Marketing Communications

We comply with the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007. We will only send you commercial electronic messages (such as newsletters or special offers) if you have expressly consented to receive them.

Every marketing message we send will include a clear and functional unsubscribe facility, which you can use at no cost to opt out of future communications.

Your consent will be considered withdrawn within 5 working days of you unsubscribing.

Important Notice for Gift Recipients (Indirect Collection)

If you have received a gift from us, your personal information (name, delivery address, and contact details) was provided to us by the person who purchased the gift. We collect this information for the sole purpose of delivering the gift to you.

As required by the Privacy Act 2020, we will take reasonable steps to notify you that we have collected your information. This notice will be included with your gift delivery and will inform you of your right to access and correct your information. This section serves as notice to you from 1 May 2026, in line with IPP 3A of the Privacy Act 2020.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. We encourage you to review it periodically.
